Online payments

We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and PayPal. We charge your card at the point of your order being dispatched, or if via Paypal, immediately. From this point your order cannot be changed or amended, so please double check your order before placing it.

We realise how important it is to store your information securely. Our payments are processed through the Braintree or PayPal gateway, so your transaction details are safe and only the payment gateway have access to your details.  Please note, that it’s not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

We start processing your order right after you receive your Order Confirmation in order to get it out to you quickly. Therefore, we cannot make amendments to your orders at this time so please double check your order before placing it.

UK Delivery Information
FREE on all orders over £20 and £2.95 on orders under £20.

Next day/Urgent delivery
If you need your order urgently, please select Priority Despatch at the checkout and we will prioritise and despatch it the same day for you. Our priority despatch service costs £5.99. Subject to courier demand, your order will arrive the next working day by Royal Mail provided you ordered before 2pm the day before. Priority Despatch orders placed after 2pm will leave our warehouse the following working day*. Please note, if you place your order between 2pm Friday – Sunday, it will be despatched on the following Monday*.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard UK deliveries usually take 2-3 working days but can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of you placing the order, please contact us.

Jackson and Willow Delivery boxes
We like to keep it simple, so our packaging is made out of recycled cardboard. These boxes are not only made from recycled materials but are also able to be recycled into a little play houses for your little one. Enjoy

All packages will be sent in a box, the size of which is determined by the number and sizes of products ordered.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery.

For UK orders, just follow these simple steps to return your item(s)
◦    Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, once the refund has been processed, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.
